Prices for a minimum stay of 2 nights
Summer season (from May to end of September):
– BGN 25 per person for regular bed
– BGN 20 per person for extra beds
– Children up to the age of 8 can stay free of charge

Winter season (from October to end of April):
– BGN 25 per person for regular bed
– BGN 20 per person for extra beds
– Children up to the age of 8 can stay free of charge

Minimum two nights from weekend.

Prices for a stay longer than two nights – subject to further agreement
The prices include: overnight stay, free heating, air conditioning, kitchenette, washing machine and dishwasher, hot water, parking space, sports facilities, swimming pool with deckchairs and umbrellas, bed linen and towels supplied upon arrival.
These are the end prices, inclusive of health insurance and VAT.

The prices do not include:
– Meals, but at the request of the customer we can offer local specialities upon further agreement and extra charges.

The owner reserves his/her right to change the prices for official holidays and to offer package deals.

Mode of payment:
– Advance payment of 50 % of the price upon confirmation of reservations.
– The rest of the price is paid either by a bank transfer (not less than 7 days prior to the date of accommodation where you need to show the respective payment order), or in cash upon arrival.
