TANDOV HOUSE is a guest house developed as a business project by TANDOV Ltd and built in 2015 under the Operational Programme ‘Regional Development’. Its owner is Vasil Tandov – a proud successor and continuator of one of the oldest families of Gabrovitsa – the Tandovs.
TANDOV HOUSЕ is located in the picturesque village of Gabrovitsa, Municipality of Belovo, about 8 km southeast of Kostenets and 12 km to the north of Belovo along the old roadway from Sofia to Plovdiv. The village spreads at the foot of the Rila Mountain, between the bank of Maritsa River and Momina Klisura (Maiden Ravine). The guests of the house can enjoy an amazing panoramic view of the coniferous and deciduous forests and surrounding meadows. This is the right place for all those who are looking for summer freshness or winter romance.
TANDOV HOUSE is a gated complex consisting of two independent houses with separate entrances and panoramic verandas, and a spacious well-groomed and equipped lawn. It is suitable for a peaceful family getaway or for a group of friends looking for a nice retreat among nature and the authenticity of this small Bulgarian village; but it is also perfect for those who love adventures as they can go skiing, fishing, hunting, or visit spa procedures, go hiking on the eco trails, go on ATV tours, ride sports motorcycles, sports bikes, go sightseeing, etc.
All furnishings of the houses are eco friendly and combine modern design and interior with the luxury and comfort provided. Each house has two separate bedrooms, a spacious living space with a living room set, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchenette.
